The Patton Avenue Learning Center, located at 1000 Patton Avenue, provides two full floors of childcare and early education programs. The facility is designed to support parents pursuing education, training, or employment opportunities. Operated in partnership with Opportunity House, the Learning Center is modeled after the Second Street Learning Center, a Keystone Star 4 accredited childcare facility.
